The trance-like performative installation BLISS, promises an extension of physical corporeality by virtual existence and leads to digital enlightenment. References of nature meet light and sound frequencies from digital and analog worlds. They are found alongside the deliberate use of the visitors smartphone screens, wifi radiation and aroma vaporizers. Connected via smartphones, audience and guides encounter the sensory quality of BLISS’ hybrid space, which sets an inner process in motion that is most likely situated between post-human reset and internet-based self-awareness trip. The intense sensory experience may trigger a “reboot of the perception of world and self.“
