“FuelNoise [p]” is a media concert on climate misinformation. It plays with deceptive web content and the draining efforts of finding trustable information online.
The performance explores the struggles of an individual to navigate a media landscape made of attention-seeking manipulative media and hard-to-find factual information.
The visual and sound material is taken from internet research on climate change misinformation, which collected a vast amount of deceptive social media posts, videos, images and texts, and counterbalanced them with based fact-checks, and debunking resources.
